Mindvest Academy will not be held liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or performance outcomes arising from the use of our materials or mentorship content.

Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment or verified technical error. Requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the transaction to info@mindvestacademy.co.za.

4. Lifetime Access
Upon successful enrollment, mentees receive lifetime access to the purchased mentorship program and associated updates, subject to the Terms of Use.

5. Payment Disputes
Any payment disputes should first be addressed directly with Mindvest Academy before initiating external actions.
